Do I need to have a reservation to board the bus?

Answer

We accept reservations over telephone or Internet, from a month prior to the date of the ride. Although we have a prior reservation system, if there are vacant seats, you can board the bus on the same day without a reservation. You can inquire about the vacancies on the same day at the KABA information desk (090-6160-4696).

Is the bus operational even in rain?

Answer

Since the bus has a roof, it is operational even in case of rain.

Are there fixed holidays?

Answer

The bus is operational throughout the year. In case the bus is out of service, HP and information desk etc., will assist you.

When will the bus be out of service?

Answer

The bus service may be suspended without prior notice depending on the weather of the day such as gale, fog, typhoon, snow, thunder or rise in water level in the lake.

What should I do if I cannot reach at the reserved time?

Answer

We accept people who arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Since boarding starts 10 minutes prior to the ride, if passengers cannot arrive in time, the reservation is considered as canceled and the bus will depart.

We apologize, but we only accept cash.

Is there an air conditioner in the bus?

Answer

There is no air conditioner. Windows can be opened or shut depending on the weather in summer. Although drinks with a lid can be carried in the bus, you need to make provisions for your own hydration.

When diving into the lake, will the clothes get wet?

Answer

If windows are open when diving into the lake, clothes may get wet due to the wind.(Windows can be opened and shut with a fastener)

Do you provide information and assistance in foreign languages?

Answer

We lend earphone guides free of charge. The content of the information provided by attendants riding in the same bus does not differ.
(English, Chinese, Thai and Indonesian languages are supported)

Is eating and drinking permitted in the bus?

Answer

It would be good if you can bring PET bottles, flasks, and drinks with lids. Especially in summer, you must ensure that you keep yourself sufficiently hydrated.
